These variations will not automatically be treated as product defects unless the product is materially different from the description or is damaged, faulty, or unsuitable for its ordinary purpose.

All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 07 days of receiving the product, together with order details, photographs, and any other supporting information.
Failure to notify us within the stated period may affect your eligibility for exchange, replacement, or refund, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For ready-to-wear fashion products, fit preference alone may not be treated as a defect.

Customers are responsible for following garment care instructions, washing instructions, ironing guidance, and usage recommendations provided with the product.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, bleaching, tumble drying, ironing, storage, alteration, or misuse.
