In addition to his leadership role within the Group, Kamal has served as a Flight Purser with Emirates Airlines in Dubai for over 20 years, developing exceptional expertise in service excellence, team leadership, and operational discipline within one of the world's most respected airlines. With more than a decade of leadership experience in the apparel and uniform industry, Anju serves as Executive Manager – Merchandising & Government Contracts for The Uniform Experts' Canadian operations and General Manager of The Uniform Experts Group's (Visit Website : https://uniforms.expert) Sri Lankan operations. In these roles, she provides strategic leadership across international operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, contract execution, supply chain management, and organizational performance.
Anju plays a vital role in managing Canadian government and public sector contracts, working closely with agencies, procurement teams, and key stakeholders to deliver specialized uniform solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and service. Simultaneously, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sri Lankan organization, leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency across manufacturing, merchandising, and business administration.
Recognized for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Anju has been instrumental in strengthening the connection between Canadian customer requirements and Sri Lankan operational execution.
